The walls are sanded a second time and prepared for priming.

The second sanding is done with 100 grit paper.

The area behind the baseboard heaters is also patched and sanded.

New baseboard surrounds will be installed after paint is up.

The closet has a sharp new corner bead.

The first coat of primer is going up.

The faint circle in the middle of the picture was the location of the door knob hole.

The woodwork around the window required a lot of rehabilitation.

The window moulding is patched, then sanded.
