With the tub installed, mold-resistant "green board" wallboard is installed.

The corner has a new metal corner bead, and the joints are taped with fiberglass mesh tape.

The green board goes right to the floor.

A close-up of the joints. I'll have to feather out the compound to blend to the old work.

Of course, my supervisor made another surprise visit to the job site.

The first coat of joint compound is up.

A second coat will follow, then sanding and a third coat of compound (and more sanding).

While I had the supplies out, I removed some bubbled areas along the ceiling joint and patched.
