After losing more than a week to a broken finger (from hockey, not this project), I was able to paint.

First, the ceiling was painted, followed by the crown molding and the wainscoting.

The door is painted as well. While the brass hinges were in really good shape, their days were
numbered to make way for brushed nickel hardware.

After painting the wainscoting, I taped it to protect it from the wall paint.

The sink anchor bolts will require moving, given the granite floor, which will raise the pedestal sink.

Work turns to the floor. The granite is dry-fit to ensure the tile pattern will work.

The new color of the wall is "pita bread," which is a muted golden tan.

The light was in good shape and has a nice look, so I saved it and removed the shades
for washing.
