The second coat of compound is applied. I removed the bookcases and covered the duct with plastic.

The second coat is freshly applied to the left end wall.

The second coat will be giving two days to dry before I sand.

In the meantime, I clean up the room and organize the tools.

And I touched up other areas of the room that needed attention, like this corner of the vaulted ceiling.
It had cracked from years of the house settling.
